Company Overview
We are a growing fabrication company specializing in turn-key skid-based equipment for
the oil and gas sector. With approximately 45 employees, our team is focused on delivering
high-quality fabricated systems, strong customer service, and dependable project
execution. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ofice Manager to support
daily ofice operations while managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
functions.
Position Summary
The Ofice Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations
while supporting accounting, payroll coordination, employee onboarding, and general
ofice management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate fnancial records,
supporting company operations, and ensuring eficient communication across
departments.

a fast-paced fabrication and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and
timely
• Enter receipts and payables into QuickBooks
• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate payment records
• Enter invoices into OpenInvoice
• Reconcile credit card charges and match receipts for company cardholders
• Assist with monthly reporting and documentation
• Complete monthly use tax report entries and provide reports to management
• Perform remote bank deposits through First Western Bank Remote Deposit
• Maintain organized accounting and vendor fles
Office Administration
• Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and physical mail
• Retrieve mail from the post ofice
• Maintain ofice fling systems and company records
• Coordinate ofice supplies and general administrative support
• Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects
• Support communication between ofice staf, shop personnel, and management
Employee & HR Support
• Coordinate employee onboarding processes
• Assist with employee benefts enrollment and setup
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support employee communication and administrative needs
Software & System Management
• Monitor employee entries in Connecteam
• Add and remove employees within Connecteam
• Create and manage job entries within Connecteam
• Maintain accurate electronic records and system updates
Qualifcations
• Previous experience in ofice management, bookkeeping, accounting, or
administrative support preferred
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable required
• Profciency with QuickBooks required
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confdentiality
Preferred Skills
• Experience with OpenInvoice or similar invoicing platforms
• Familiarity with employee management software
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
Work Environment
• Full-time, in-ofice position, however we are willing to entertain some weekly remote
work for the right candidate
• Collaborative team environment supporting both ofice and shop operations
